Article 3 – Application
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from the entrepreneur and to every distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
Article 4 – Offer
Images are a true representation of the products offered; colors may not match exactly due to screen display differences.
Article 5 – Contract
The contract is concluded through electronic acceptance and confirmation of the order by the consumer.
Article 6 – Right to Withdraw from the Contract
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. The consumer must inform the entrepreneur within this 14-day period and return the product to our warehouse within 14 days.
Article 7 – Costs of Withdrawal from the Contract
The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the product.
Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right to Withdraw
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products.
Article 9 – Price
Prices may change; the applicable VAT/tax rate at checkout applies. We are not bound by obvious printing or typing errors.
Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty
Defects must be reported within 14 days of discovery. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in new/unused condition. Warranty exclusions apply to normal wear and improper use.
Article 11 – Delivery and Performance
Orders will be delivered or a replacement offered within the agreed timeframe; the consumer will be notified within 14 days if a product is unavailable.
Article 12 – Duration Transactions: Duration, Termination and Renewal
Not applicable to standard product purchases unless otherwise specified for subscription-based offers.
Article 13 – Payment
Payment obligations are settled at checkout; any refunds owed following withdrawal will be processed within 7 working days.
Article 14 – Complaints Procedure
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days and will be processed within 14 days.
Article 15 – Disputes
Only US law applies.
